Tell your doctor if you're feeling tired or fatigued
Doctors may not ask about fatigue or see it as a problem unless you bring it up. If you are feeling tired, it is important to talk with your doctor.
Some good tips for dealing with fatigue
Exercise regularly. Exercise may help improve physical and emotional fatigue. You can start with something simple, such as walking a few minutes a day. Before starting an exercise routine, please remember to discuss it with your doctor.
Conserve your energy. Choose a time of day when you have more energy for daily activities. Prioritize activities, and do strenuous things when you have the most energy.
Use distractions. Playing games, listening to music, reading, and socializing may be helpful in reducing fatigue.
Optimize sleep quality. Limit naps avoid caffeine and stimulating activities before going to bed, and relax both mentally and physically before bedtime.
